SURYA Restorative


Little/no movement - passive, meditative poses held for apx. 6-10 minutes while supported with props, focusing on breath. All joints are supported with blankets or bolsters. No previous experience is required.

SURYA Beginner Series


The Beginner Series is specifically designed for new students, or anyone who hasn't been to a studio in awhile and needs a refresher. This is a workshop-format class. Discussion and questions are encouraged to learn how poses should feel in your body. Poses are taught with modifications and props so you can really get to know the poses and your body in the poses. This series is typically offered once a month.

SURYA Gentle


Active, deep head-to-toe stretching. Linking breath to movement, intensified by mindfully holding postures for several breaths, often with the use of props, awakening your body and clearing the mind. Explore each posture at a slow pace to allow your body time to deepen into each pose.

No previous experience is required.

SURYA Balance Boost


This class combines breathing with poses that are not in a flowing rhythm. The poses are done in a set sequence each time that allows you to really work on each pose and see your progress from week to week. This class is wrist-friendly, meaning no push ups, no table top poses, no up dog, or down dog. No previous experience is required.

SURYA Yoga Basics


This class is great for everyone- moving through basic poses with plenty of cueing and guidance. Every pose can be tailored to fit where you are in your practice, and lots of modifications are offered. No previous experience required.

SUYRA Flow


Move your body following the rhythm of your breath. All poses will be guided but modifiable. This class will challenge you in the way that you hold poses longer, explore new poses, and work on balancing postures. If you feel comfortable in Yoga Basics, this would be the perfect next step in your practice.

SURYA Strength and Core

Strength & Core Class is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines the best elements of strength training and a focus on core-work. You'll be guided through a series of circuit-based exercises that target various muscle groups, helping you build strength, improve endurance, and boost your overall fitness level. This class is for any level-beginners are always welcome!

SURYA Power


Power Yoga is the perfect blend of traditional sun salutations, stretching, and balancing with the muscle building work of pilates, hand weights, looped resistance bands and blocks.
